With over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership across NHS and private healthcare, I support leaders and organisations to navigate complexity, strengthen authority and create conditions where people and systems can function more effectively. 

My work combines executive coaching, organisational consultancy and systems psychodynamic thinking to help leaders make sense of challenges above and below the surface.

Professional Journey

I started my career as a Registered Nurse, working closely with patients and families at some of life’s most vulnerable moments. Over time, I moved into leadership roles within the NHS and private healthcare.
I understand the emotional reality of complex systems and the pressures leaders face.
I learned how unconscious dynamics shape leadership, teams and organisational culture.

Over years of leadership and doctoral research, I became increasingly interested in what happens when capable leaders struggle to fully take up authority in role particularly in complex systems where identity, power and expectations intersect.
I observed how organisational dynamics can leave leaders feeling isolated, silenced or uncertain, often affecting both their confidence and effectiveness.
This insight continues to shape how I support leaders today.
